Return Policy
We offer returns under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect size (different from what was ordered).
- You received a defective item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item that arrived damaged, you can do so without requesting a refund. Email us at info@pharmacologymadeeasy.com to initiate the exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 445, Street 48, G-10/4, Islamabad.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
