FAQs

For Online Consultations, Digital Prescriptions & General Health Support

Here you’ll find quick answers about appointments, consultations, and prescriptions to make your experience simple and stress-free.

Appointments & Bookings

My online appointment process is simple and user-friendly. Once you book a slot, you’ll receive a confirmation with details on how to join the video call, which is a Zoom meeting link. During the appointment, we’ll discuss your symptoms, medical history, and any concerns you have. If needed, I can also provide prescriptions or recommend further care.

Each consultation lasts 20 minutes, which is usually enough time to discuss your concerns and plan your treatment. If you think you need more time with the doctor, please proceed to book another slot or ask your questions via WhatsApp number provided.

Yes. Follow-up appointments within the first 3 days after your initial consultation are free. After that, you may book a new consultation at the standard fee.

Yes, rescheduling or cancellation can be done through the link in your confirmation email. Please notify us as early as possible.

Go to the Book Appointment page and choose any available date and time from the calendar. After entering your details, click Continue. A payment link will be sent to your email, and once you make the payment, your appointment will be fully confirmed.

Payments

We currently offer JazzCash invoice payment for patients in Pakistan and PayPal for international patients.

Yes, Pakistani patients can pay using the JazzCash invoice link that is sent to their email or WhatsApp after booking. The link is very easy to use — you can pay through JazzCash App, JazzCash Wallet, Raast, Debit Card, or any Mobile Banking App that supports online payments. Simply open the link, choose your preferred payment method, complete the payment, and your appointment will be confirmed automatically.

Refunds are available only if the doctor cancels or reschedules the appointment. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Shop & Orders

We offer imported over-the-counter medicines, health supplements, skincare items, and lifestyle products. All products are sourced from trusted US stores & retailers, such as Walgreens, Walmart, and others.

No. We do not sell prescription medicines on our Shop page. If you need a prescription drug, you may book an online consultation, and a digital prescription will be provided if medically appropriate. Please note that prescription service is currently available for Pakistani customers only.

Simply visit the Shop page, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you submit the order, you will receive a JazzCash invoice link by email or WhatsApp to complete the payment.

Pakistani customers can pay using the JazzCash invoice link, which supports:

  • JazzCash Wallet

  • JazzCash App

  • Raast

  • Debit Card

  • Mobile Banking Apps (Alfalah, Meezan, HBL, UBL, etc.)

  • Internet banking that supports online payments

Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed. Please note that we do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) for these orders.

Our delivery timeline for imported products is 10–20 days because these items are offered on a pre-order basis. We source them fresh only after you place your order. This ensures that all medicines and supplements have longer shelf life and recent expiry dates.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was delivered

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Yes. If you have questions about how to use a product or whether it is suitable for you, you can book an online consultation for proper guidance.

Prescription Service

A digital prescription is an electronically generated prescription that is digitally signed by the doctor and shared with you in PDF format after your consultation. It contains your diagnosis, prescribed medicines, dosage instructions, and duration of treatment. Please note that our digitally signed prescriptions are valid within Pakistan only, as prescription regulations vary by country.

Most prescriptions are sent within 1–3 hours after the appointment to the email address you provide while booking your appointment. It may also be sent to your WhatsApp upon request.
