Pharmacology Made Easy is a comprehensive online platform for patients and pharmacology students. Our services include convenient online doctor consultations, allowing users to easily seek medical advice, obtain prescriptions, and book appointments.

Additionally, the website offers a rich library of resources for medical and pharmacology students, such as video lectures, downloadable books, and study guides. Our blog provides health news, updates, and answers to frequently asked medical questions. Our shop features a curated selection of imported medications, supplements, and wellness products, ensuring quality and accessibility for all users.

1. General Terms

  • By placing an order on our website or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 or have parental consent.
  • Pharmacology Made Easy reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Product Authenticity & Availability

  • All products listed on our shop page are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the USA.
  • Product availability is subject to stock at the time of purchase. We will offer an alternative or a refund if an item is unavailable.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR, including product costs, import charges, and service fees. No extra cost will be charged except for the delivery fee.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, direct bank transfers, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
  • Orders must be fully paid before processing. Partial payments may result in cancellation.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders take approximately 2-4 weeks to be delivered from the US to Pakistan. For in-stock items, the delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
  • Delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
  • Changes to an order (size, color, quantity) must be requested within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
  • Exchanges are impossible as we import items from the United States and cannot return them to the original store.
  • Customers must notify us of return issues with supporting images within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Pharmacology Made Easy will not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier issues.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution.
  • Payment has to be made in advance for an online doctor appointment.
  • If, due to your own personal commitments, you are unable to attend the Zoom meeting/call, we will not be responsible.
  • Please contact us at least 8 hours before the meeting for booking cancellations and refunds.
